These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TNestJet platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). TNestJet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides a marketplace platform that connects users with vendors offering various products and services. 2. Definitions "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform as a customer or visitor "Vendor" means any registered seller or service provider offering products/services through the Platform "Content" means all text, images, data, information, and other materials posted on the Platform "Services" means all features, functionalities, and offerings available through the Platform 3. Account Registration and Security 3.1 Account Creation To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. User Conduct and Obligations As a User of TNestJet, you agree NOT to: 4.1 Prohibited Activities Violate any applicable laws or regulations Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others Post false, misleading, or deceptive information Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code 4.2 User Content By posting content on the Platform, you: Retain ownership of your content Grant TNestJet a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content Represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content Acknowledge that TNestJet may remove any content at our discretion 5. Vendor Terms 5.1 Vendor Registration Vendors must complete the registration process and agree to separate Vendor Terms and Conditions. TNestJet reserves the right to: Approve or reject vendor applications Request additional verification information Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations 5.2 Vendor Obligations Vendors agree to: Provide accurate product/service descriptions Fulfill orders in a timely manner Maintain appropriate licenses and permits Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws Respond to customer inquiries promptly 5.3 Disposable Email Restriction TNestJet disallows the use of disposable email addresses for vendor registration. Vendors must provide a valid, permanent email address. 6. Transactions and Payments 6.1 Purchases When making a purchase through TNestJet: You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase Prices are subject to change without notice All transactions are final unless otherwise stated 6.2 Payment Processing TNestJet uses third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment processors. We do not store complete payment information. 6.3 Fees and Charges TNestJet may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to your use of such services. 7.
